Restlessness, nervous energy and tension caused by the stresses of daily life can get in the way of getting to sleep. There's also the issue of waking up during the night, either for numerous short bursts or for longer lengths of time.

This gluten free formula from Caruso’s Natural Health is intended to lessen these issues and make a night’s sleep easier to come by, thanks to a mix of herbs that have been mainstays of Chinese, Indian Ayurvedic, and North American traditional herbal medicines for centuries.

Sleep More by Caruso’s Natural Health contains ingredients that are used in various traditional herbal medicines for:

Use as a sedative
Reducing nervous tension
Relieving restlessness
Improving sleep quality
Promoting deeper sleep
Helping to fall asleep faster
Reducing nocturnal awakenings
Increasing sleep duration
Relieving insomnia due to nervousness
Protecting against unfavourable sleep conditions

Warning: This product may cause drowsiness. Do not operate heavy machinery or drive a vehicle during use. Not suitable for children under the age of 18 years. Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Not to be taken at the same time as prescribed antidepressants and central nervous system depressants. (i.e. separate the dose by an hour). Take at least two hours away from all other pharmaceutical medications. Use only as directed, if symptoms persist see your Healthcare Professional.

Adults take 2 tablets half an hour before retiring or as advised by your Healthcare Professional.
