Nutrition Warehouse offers a range of convenient shipping methods to suit your needs, including Standard Shipping, Express Shipping, and SameDaySupps:

- Standard Shipping: $9.95 flat rate for orders under $150.

- Express Shipping: $14.95 flat rate Australia-wide.

- SameDaySupps (Same Day Delivery): From $14.95.

We strive to provide same-day dispatch for orders placed before 2:00pm AEST, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays and peak sale periods).

All online orders are shipped from our Gold Coast warehouse, and delivery timeframes may vary; however, most customers receive their orders within 2–4 business days when using Standard Shipping.

You will receive a notification once your order has been picked and packed, and another when it has been collected by the courier.

Most customers receive their supplements within 1–2 business days when the following conditions are met:

- Your order is placed before 3pm Monday–Friday (AEST), excluding public holidays.

- Your parcel weighs under 5kg in cubic weight (bulky items may take longer).

- Your delivery address is not classified as a remote location.

Please note: Deliveries addressed to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, Locked Bags, Australian Defence locations (via Australia Post), and bulky shipments to WA or NT may require additional time.

If your order weighs more than 5kg or contains bulky items: These shipments are sent via road freight, which may extend delivery timeframes. Your tracking number will provide the most accurate estimate for your location.

Delivery instructions: If you provide custom delivery instructions (e.g., “leave at door”), responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer upon delivery. Nutrition Warehouse is not liable for loss or damage when such instructions are used.

Yes, we offer Express Shipping to most areas across Australia. All available delivery options for your location will be shown at checkout. Express Shipping is a flat rate of $14.95 Australia-wide, and most customers receive their order within 1–2 business days when placed before 3pm AEST and shipped to a non-remote address.

If no one is available to receive your delivery, the courier may leave the parcel in a safe location at the address provided. If you won't be home during business hours, we recommend using a work address or an alternative location where someone can accept the parcel. Please note that our couriers do not require a signature on delivery. For full details, please review our Terms & Conditions.

Yes — we offer ShipSafe Shipping Insurance as an optional add-on at checkout. ShipSafe provides protection if your order is lost or damaged during transit, giving you extra confidence your items will arrive safely.

What ShipSafe Covers:

- Lost in Transit: If your order is confirmed lost by the courier, we will replace and resend it for you.

- Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, simply send us a photo of the affected item and we’ll arrange a replacement promptly.


Limits of ShipSafe Shipping Insurance:

- One claim is permitted per customer or shipping address per calendar year.

- Claims may be declined if there is evidence of misuse, negligence, or fraudulent activity.


How to Make a ShipSafe Claim:

If you need to lodge a ShipSafe claim, please contact our Customer Service team on 1300 837 785 or email sales@nutritionwarehouse.com.au. We’ll review your claim and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
