1 cup sweet potato purée
1/3 cup maple syrup (or sugar-free sweetener of your choice)
1/3 cup tahini
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup dairy-free milk
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup R1 Whey Blend by Rule 1 Protein Powder - Chocolate Fudge Flavour
1tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup dark chocolate
STEP 1
1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Lightly grease or line a baking tin with baking paper.
STEP 2
2. In a large bowl, combine the sweet potato, maple syrup, tahini, vanilla & milk. Whisk until smooth.
STEP 3
3. Add cocoa powder, baking powder, protein powder and salt to the bowl. Fold together until a batter forms.

4. Fold in the chocolate chips, then transfer batter to the baking dish.

5. Bake for about 30 minutes, until firm. Allow to cool completely before serving.
