Yes! Australian Gelatin works well in baking as a natural thickener or binder for recipes like cheesecakes, marshmallows, and mousse.

No, Australian Gelatin is completely unflavoured and odourless, making it easy to add to both sweet and savoury dishes without altering the taste.

A natural and nutritious way to add collagen protein to your diet, Nutra Organics Australian Gelatin is perfect for both culinary and nutritional use.

Directions for Use: For Drinking: Add approximately 1 tbsp (10 g) of gelatin to your preferred liquid (tea, coffee, juice), hot or cold. For a smoother texture, you can ‘bloom’ the gelatin before adding it to your drink. For Set Gelatin: Bloom ¼ cup (40 g) of gelatin in ½ cup of water (1:2 ratio), stirring until evenly mixed. Add the bloomed gelatin to 250 mL of any hot liquid with flavouring and stir until fully dissolved. Pour into a mould and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set. Note: Adjust the amount of gelatin for a softer or firmer set as desired.
