When should I have Super Reds Powder?

For the optimal results, it is recommended that you have a 30 grams scoop of Super Reds twice a day. This can be mixed into 250ml of water or in your oats, natural yoghurt or daily smoothies.

Mix 30 grams of Super Reds powder with 250ml of water, milk or milk alternative. For use in a smoothie, oats or natural yoghurt, add 30 grams.
