Take your training to a new level with Resistance Bands by Vantage Strength. The Resistance Bands come in 5 different levels ranging from X-light to X-heavy. You can add a resistance band to your training routine or simply for stretching.

Resistance bands are a great tool to add to your training. You will get more of your workouts by adding resistance as you can stabilise movement and increase intensity. Resistance Bands by Vantage Strength are made of 100% natural latex rubber. They are coloured bands marked with the resistance level.

The benefits of Resistance Bands by Vantage Strength are
  • 5 levels of resistance. You can work your way up to build up your strength.
  • Useful for upper and lower body training. It increases tension in the muscle.
  • Great for stretching and rehabilitation as it helps to improve range of motion.
