➜ 30g of Rule 1 Whey Protein Isolate Lightly Salted Caramel
➜ 45ml of Unsweetened Almond Milk
FILLING:
➜ 65ml of Salted Caramel YoPro Yogurt
➜ 40g of Blueberries
➜ 15ml of Sugar Free Sauce - Salted Caramel
➜ Cinnamon (to taste)
WHEY PROTEIN TOPPING 📝
➜ 5g of Peanut Butter
➜ 10g of Rule 1 Whey Protein Isolate Lightly Salted Caramel
➜15ml of Hot Water
STEP 1
Step1. Mix the Weet-Bix with Rule 1 Whey Protein Isolate and unsweetened almond Milk to set the base. Pop in the fridge while you mix the rest of the recipe.
