HOW - Add 30g (3 level scoops) to 200ml of water or alternatively prepare with your choice of milk. Shake or blend until mixed and serve. Consume up to 2 serves per day.

WHEN - Use 60 - 90 minutes prior to exercise and within 30 minutes after exercise or as a snack when on the go.

WHO - For females and carb conscious individuals.

Great Taste
Best shake I have tried. Works well as a meal replacement. I use it for breakfast and it tastes great and fills you up for hours. Used the Choc Fix.
