Theyre not listing all of the ingredients here
This is less than half of the ingredients. Only after receiving the product I could see that there are various thickeners, emulsifiers (soy and sunflower), seed oils etc.
Its not great, and its certainly misleading.

MRE As A Meal Replacement
I'd previously been using Tropeaka as my meal additive powder for lunchtime and changed to MRE when I was given a gift voucher. It tasted and blended well however my research afterwards showed Tropeaka a better option for my particular use.

Very creamy
I found this to have a very creamy and aerated texture when blended and required a spoon to be eaten as it was too thick to drink. Great flavour though.
