Orders placed before 3PM AEST, Monday to Friday (not including Public Holidays), will be shipped the same day! Once your payment clears and despatch information is available we'll email you an order tracking number. Most customers receive their supplements in 1-2 business days! As long as:

  • You order before 3pm (AEST) Mon-Fri
  • You use a payment method with instant clearance, like Paypal Instant Payment or Credit Card
  • Your parcel is less than 5kg in cubic weight. (Some bulky goods will not apply)
  • You are not in a remote location

Please note parcels going via Australia Post (PoBox, Defence Adresses) may take longer than 1-3 business days.

Parcels going to NT, and bulky parcels going to WA may take 5+ business days to arrive.

If your order weighs more than 5kg or is bulky: Heavy or bulky orders are sent via road freight which means that the estimated delivery time will be longer than orders sent via air freight.

    Great bag that keeps everything cold all day.

    I use this bag for work as I’m often out on the road and I eating food that I’ve prepped myself instead of buying junk. I put extra ice blocks in the bag and everything stays cold for the whole day. Really good value for money and have others in the office but this bag since I bought mine.

    Love everything about the bag, except the bag strap. The plastic clip on one side of the strap comes apart and the bag has fallen to the ground.

    Meal prep bag (built prepared)

    Been using my bag daily since receiving it. Containers are perfect size, non leak. Quality of the bag is awesome. Makes meal prep easy. Love that the bag also holds 4 bottles of water, just wish my yeti drink bottles weren't so tall as can't zip it closed.
