L-Glutamine is naturally found within the body and is the most abundant amino acid available. Utilised as an enhancement for health, tissue integrity and restoration of critical organs such as the intestinal tract, the brain, the stomach and within the immune system, L-Glutamine is critically important for health.

Often depleted in times of stress, such as during intense exercise, sickness and times of severe tissue damage, L-Glutamine is known as a conditionally essential amino acid and is responsible for ensuring the health of the human body during these times is supported.

Designer Physique L-Glutamine is gluten free, is 100% naturally fermented and is vegan-friendly as well.

Supplementing with L-Glutamine has been linked to improved gut health, intestinal integrity, reduced sickness and enhanced muscle recovery.

To maximise absorption, L-Glutamine is best taken on an empty stomach and will be the most beneficial first thing in the morning and around training.

Directions

Mix 3 level spoons (spoon enclosed in pack) in 200mls of water. Do not mix in hot drinks. Best taken in the morning before exercise or before bed on an empty stomach and is ideal to mix with Tony Sfeir's 100% Naturel Protein Powders.
