Glyco Force by Max's Supplements includes Maize Maltodextrins, Tapioca Starch, Waxy Maize Starch and Sweet Potato Starch. They all release at different rates; Maize Maltodextrins absorb immediately, Tapioca Starch takes 15-60 minutes while Waxy Maize Starch and Sweet Potato Starch takes 1-2 hours.
