Ugly tasting goodness
( None of the following is health advice in any manner. The mention of dosing and usage is solely of personal experience sharing purposes only .)
Taste: Unless mixed well the salt content can sit at the bottom of the glass. Its best to give it a really good vigorous ( careful ) shake with 50% water 50% a dense juice like Cherry Tarte or Pomegranate.
Effect: Super hydrating. Compared to every and all other electrolytes I have ever had. This is definitely the best. I hit this stuff about 3 times once in the morning, once after lunch and once before bed. The one before bed I have without and Juice with some Sparkling water its gross but feels like an Ale! I find this works better alone or with juice than mixed with a bunch of other random stuff like ALCAR or whatever else you have fun with.
Overall Im glad this product exists It's good to be able to make your own hydrating drink by adding this into it.
