BCAA’s

Utilising the clinically proven ratio of 2:1:1 (Leucine: Iso-Leucine: Valine), Lean BCAA provides 5g of muscle building amino acids with enough Leucine to trigger maximum muscle protein synthesis.
Using BCAA’s around a workout has been linked to an increase in performance, a reduction in muscle soreness post workout and a reduced risk of muscle loss during a fat loss phase.

Beta Alanine

Considered the synergistic sister amino acid of Creatine, supplementing with Beta Alanine allows the body to create more intramuscular Carnosine levels, which is a di-peptide responsible for the buffering and removal of toxic hydrogen ions accumulated in the muscle from lactic acid creation.

Acetyl L-Carnitine

Acetyl L-Carnitine is the acetylated and more bioavailable version of L-Carnitine due to its ability to cross the blood-brain barrier, resulting in an increase in cognitive performance.
