L-leucine is an essential amino acid that can be obtained by eating meat, dairy products, eggs and other beans. It helps in maintaining muscle mass assists in weight loss and increased levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol (good cholesterol).

L-isoleucine is an important BCAA that goes along with leucine and L-valine promoting tissue repair normalising blood sugar levels, increasing your energy and endurance to the optimum level.

Directions
