The Max's & Maxine’s Challenge is a 12 week BODY TRANSFORMATION Challenge. The aim is to change your body composition through training and good nutrition. The Challenge has 2 coaches, Steven Eskaf and Nicoletta Ceppellini, support staff and Challenge Ambassadors, who are people who have completed the Challenge to a high standard in the past.

  • Prep Weekend : 24th - 30th January
  • Challenge Starts : 31st January
  • Week 4 Check in : 25th February
  • Week 8 Check in : 25th March
  • Challenge Finishes : 24th April
  • Completion Process : 25th & 26th April
  • Public Voting : 27th April-1st May
  • Top 50 Announced : Wednesday 4th May
  • Winners Announced : 6th May

The Challenge Support Crew is made up of a team of qualified training and nutrition Coaches, as well as Ambassadors who have walked the walk and successfully completed the Challenge.

Through the online Forum, Challengers are able to ask questions on anything throughout the Challenge, and receive guidance and advice from the coaches, ambassadors and even fellow challengers. It is also a platform to post motivation, tips, mini-challenges and comments on anything throughout the Challenge, where challengers can take inspiration and encouragement from each other.

The Forum is public to all participating Challengers, so that everyone can benefit from the information provided. This is also a great way to connect with other Challengers who may be experiencing similar struggles or issues.

The Challenge Training Plans incorporates both weight and cardio training, which progressively change to keep your body working and changing. The Challenge tries to cater to all types of people, and offers both Gym and Home training options using basic equipments.

It also educates Challengers in the basics and principles of training to help understand the programs and have the tools to continue to develop their training after the Challenge has finished.

The Challenge Nutrition Plans are formulated to achieve great results. With the entire weeks meals set out and a shopping list to take out the guess work. They are easy to follow plans, containing plenty of good quality nutritional foods to ensure you won’t go hungry.

Challengers are educated on the principals of healthy eating, and provided with the tools and knowledge to help them continue to make ongoing healthy choices towards their goals. There is also a great range of recipes to provide variation to meals, many of which are provided by the Coaches so Challengers can learn from the best!

A large and important part of a successful physical transformation is mindset. With the help of Mind Coach Craig Harper, there are a number of articles, podcasts and videos on a variety of topics to help keep Challengers motivated and on track. These vary from issues that Challengers may be struggling with at certain times, to tips and tricks on how to get the most out of training and nutrition.

These inspiring, motivational, informative and educational information is designed to help get Challengers’ head and heart where they need to be to make the physical transformation a healthy, productive and permanent process.

a. Grand Champion – Both MAX'S and Maxine's Grand Champions will win a cash prize of $2000.00. They may also be featured in other media and in any and all marketing activities/events throughout a 4 month period.

b. 2nd Runner up Prize - The 2nd place winners will receive a $500 Cash Prize. They may also have the opportunity to be featured in other media and in any and all marketing activities/events throughout a 4 month period.

c. 3rd Runner up Prize - The 3rd place winners will receive a $250 Cash Prize. They may also have the opportunity to be featured in other media and in any and all marketing activities/events throughout a 4 month period.

d. Top 10 Finalist Prizes - All top 10 finalists (including 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners) will receive a MAX'S or Maxine's supplement prize pack. They may also have the opportunity to be featured in other media and in any and all marketing activities/events throughout a 4 month period. Prize packs can only be sent to an Australian address.

e. People's Choice – Aminoactive Australia will award 6 (six) Prize Packs (3 in each competition), to the MAX'S and Maxine's participants that receive the highest number of public votes and whom the judging panel deem to have completed a great transformation but not made our top ten. Selection and all winners of this prize will be at the sole discretion of the judging panel. Prize packs can only be sent to an Australian address.

f. Community Award – Aminoactive will award Prize Packs to select Challenge participants whom the judging panel feel have provided an extraordinarily positive and supportive contribution to the online Challenge community. Selection and all winners of this prize will be at the sole discretion of the judging panel. Prize packs can only be sent to an Australian address.

g. Top 50 Completion Packs - the Top 50 Challenge Finalists as awarded by the judging panel will receive a commemorative Challenge ‘Top 50 Finisher’ commemorative T-shirt. T-Shirts can only be sent to an Australian address.
