Directions

Dosage Instructions: Adults and children aged 12 and over: Take 0.5mL once daily with food. Children aged 1 to 12 years: Take 0.25mL once daily with food. Alternatively, use as directed by your healthcare professional. Warnings: Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
