This product will replace the fluid and essential electrolytes lost during exercise. Failure to replace such agents may affect exercise capacity and, ultimately, performance.

Consume one level scoop in 350ml - 600ml of water.

For exercise rehydration consume before, during or following exercise as needed.

For daily hydration consume once daily or as required. Take up to four doses per day.

For the relief of muscular cramps and spasms consume twice daily.

Or take as directed by a healthcare professional.

This is the best sports powder I have used and has been the only thing to stop my cramps.
