What is the difference between Gen-Tec Nutrition’s Protein Custard and Casein Custard?

The big difference between these two products is their formulation. Protein Custard is a newer formulation with a more natural ingredients list. This formulation keeps added ingredients to a minimum and allows the New Zealand-sourced milk protein to shine. Casein Custard has more added ingredients, like colostrum, for their potential therapeutic benefits.

When should I take Protein Custard by Gen-Tec Nutrition?

Protein Custard is best consumed when you are about to enter a fasting period. Whether that is sleep or undertaking a fast-based diet, the calcium caseinate digests slowly and releases body-supporting amino acids.

Mix 40g (2 rounded scoops) in 150mL of cold water in a shaker, bowl or blender for a smooth, creamy, dessert-style custard. Store in a cool dark place below 25°C.
