When is the best time to have Load3d Pre Trainer by Anabolix Nutrition?

Load3d pre trainer can be taken 15 to 30 minutes before workouts. Due to the caffeine content in this supplement is best not to take it later in the afternoon as it can affect sleep.

Directions

Very satisfied
Was looking for a low creatine option and this was one that met the the mark.
High quantities of other useful ingredients like citrulline compared to other low creatine options.
Clean sustained energy and I don't crash.
I take it at 1pm to train after work by 6pm and i still feel energetic to get through a good work out while being able to sleep.
