Directions

For a single serve drink, add approximately 1 tablespoon (10 g) to a hot liquid such as tea or coffee. Gelatin may be bloomed before adding if preferred. To make a set gelatin, bloom approximately ¼ cup (40 g) gelatin in ½ cup water and stir until evenly combined. Add to 250 mL of hot liquid with desired flavouring and stir until dissolved. Pour into a mould and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set. Adjust the amount of gelatin used to achieve a softer or firmer set as desired. This product is intended for healthy adults; always read the label, use only as directed, and seek medical advice if unsure.
