Orders are packed by Nutrition Warehouse and delivered by our partner Rendr. Please note, Christmas, New Year, Public Holidays, and individual store closures will affect the collection time for Click & Collect and Same Day Delivery orders. Orders placed during store closures will be fulfilled the next business day.
The same day delivery couriers do not deliver to PO boxes. We can ship your order to a PO box via our standard shipping option with Australia Post
You will receive communication from Rendr (our delivery partner) to ensure you are constantly updated with the order’s progress. You will be sent status updates via SMS and email from when the delivery is booked to when it’s collected and completed. You will receive a link to the Rendr Tracking Page, which informs you of additional events such as driver allocation, approaching pick-up and approaching drop-off.
If you’re not home and completed an order with Same-Day Delivery, your parcel will be left in a safe place at your residence with no signature required. However, if your order is over $300 and you’re not home to receive your parcel, it will be returned to the store, so please keep this in mind when you make an order.
When an order is received, a member of your closest Nutrition Warehouse store will pack the order onsite. Your delivery driver will then pick up the order from that store and deliver it straight to your door.
This service is available in selected Nutrition Warehouse stores, and the delivery radius is subject to each store location only. SameDaySupps availability is visible on the product page of the website, or in your bag.
No, SameDaySupps is not available on public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day.
The daily ordering deadline is 2 pm for guaranteed same-day delivery*. Order times must align with the trading hours of the participating store which you can check with them directly. Note: Trading hours may differ due to public holidays and extended trading periods.
For same day delivery, a minimum of two hours is required for orders to be processed and packed by your closest store. The order deadline is 12pm daily*. Same Day Delivery is available via participating Nutrition Warehouse stores during trading hours only. Service excludes public holidays. During peak times (sale and Christmas), there may be a delay in your order arriving.

First off, please do not throw anything out if the wrong order was delivered or you have an item missing. Take a photo of the packaging and the products received and send this through with your email receipt to our Customer Service Team via sales@nutritionwarehouse.com.au or LiveChat. If an item is returned, your refund will be made to the original payment method—unless you paid via PayPa or Afterpay, which will be refunded in cash or applied to your Credit or Debit card. For more information on making a return online and in-store, please click here
We have a small window before our stores starts packing your parcel, so reach out to our Customer Service team at sales@nutritionwarehouse.com.au to cancel your order. Hurry! We might be unable to cancel your order once it’s all packed up.
