Click & Collect allows you to purchase goods through the Nutrition Warehouse website and pick them up at our Gold Coast Warehouse at a time that's convenient for you. Your goods are reserved and paid for before you arrive, so all you need to do is collect and go. Best of all Click and Collect is a free service, so no shipping or handling charges!

Next, please select Click and Collect as your delivery option when checking out. This can be found on the checkout page under the tab named "Shipping Method."

3. Wait To Hear from Us

Once your order is assembled, we’ll send you an email letting you know your order is ready. Please wait until your order is ready before coming to avoid confusion.

4. Collect Your Package

To collect your order, bring your order confirmation email along with some photo identification and see our customer service staff at our Gold Coast Warehouse.

How does Click and Collect work?

Click & Collect allows you to order online and pick up your purchase from our Gold Coast Warehouse. Select the products you want to purchase, add the products to your cart and go to checkout. During checkout, select Click and Collect as your delivery option.

We will send you an order confirmation email to let you know your order has been received. Once your order is ready, you will receive a "Your order is ready" email confirming your order is ready for pick up at our Gold Coast Warehouse.

When can I collect my order?

Once your order is ready, you will receive a "Your order is ready" email confirming your order is ready for pick up at our Gold Coast Warehouse. You can collect your order Monday-Friday between 9AM - 5PM after you have received this email.

Your order should be ready to collect the same day as long as you order was placed by 3PM Monday-Friday. Order placed over the weekend should be ready for pickup on the following Monday. Please note that during sales and under rare circumstances there may be order delays due to the volume of orders we receive.

What do I bring?

When collecting your order, please proceed to the front office where a customer service staff member will process your order collection. Please make sure that you bring the following:

  1. Your order confirmation, in either printed or digital form ("Your order is ready" email)
  2. Valid photographic identification

*Valid photo ID includes Drivers Licence, Passport, Blind Citizens Card, Proof of Age card or Police, Government or Armed Services identification card.

Can I collect the same day?

Once your order is assembled, we’ll send you an email letting you know your order is ready. In the majority of cases, if you order before 3PM then your order should be ready to pickup the same day before 5PM.

* Please note that occasionally during periods of high demand this may not be possible. Any order placed 2 hours before closing or outside of trading hours will be processed the next business day. Please ensure you have received an email confirming your order is ready to be collected before proceeding to store

Can someone else pick up my order?

If you need someone else to pick up your order, simply provide the nominated person with your order confirmation, in either printed or digital form. Make sure they are over 18 and provide valid ID at collection.

Which stores offer Click and Collect?

At the moment, we only offer Click & Collect from our Gold Coast Warehouse. We aim to offer Click & Collect at all of our stores Australia wide in the near future, so stay tuned!

Can I change or cancel my Click and Collect order?

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact the customer service team at 1300 837 785 as soon as possible. We can always amend your order when you come to collect it as well.

How long do I have to pick up my order?

Click & Collect orders will be kept for 7 days from the day you’ve placed your order. If your order is not picked up within 7 days from the original date of purchase your order will be refunded and the products returned to shelf.

How much am I charged for a Click and Collect order?

There is no additional charge for a click and collect order, you only pay for the products you order.

I have been told an item is out of stock!

It can happen that an item in store may be damaged or out of stock and we will only find out when we pick your order. Although this does not happen often, if it does occur our store team will contact you to arrange a refund or replacement item.

How do I return my purchase?

If an item is not quite right we will happily exchange or refund the item for you in line with Nutrition Warehouse’s Return Policy. Read more about our Return Policy.
