Each serve (1 scoop) of Xtend Elite Pre by Scivation has:

7g of BCAAs in a 2:1:1 ratio
640mg of vitamin B6
1600mg of CarnoSyn®Beta-alanine
1140mg pf electrolyte blend
200mg of caffeine
1000mg of Citrulline nitrate
zero calories, carbohydrates and sugars
