How much caffeine is in Total War?

Each scoop contains 250mg of caffeine anhydrous plus 100mg of di-caffeine malate. Account for coffee, energy drinks and other caffeinated products when planning your daily intake, and avoid taking it late in the day.

Why does Total War make my skin tingle?

Each serve contains 3.2g of beta-alanine, which commonly causes a tingling sensation known as paraesthesia. It usually fades within an hour.

When should I take Total War?

Mix 1 scoop with 120 to 180ml of water and drink it around 30 minutes before training.

What type of product is this?

Total War is a high stimulant pre workout powder. It sits in our pre workout category. It is not a stimulant-free pump formula, a fat burner or a protein powder.

Directions

Assess your tolerance by taking 1/2 scoop prior to training. Once your tolerance is assessed mix 1 scoop with 4-6 ounces of water 30 minutes prior to training. Do not exceed 2 scoops in a 24 hour period.
