        Decent for first ever

        Good flavour, could feel the heat the first 2 days but then no longer, got a change to energy levels biggest notice has been that this has ment no coffee in the morning, so that's helped, I would suggest taking it along side a meal sup or protein shake as all I wanna do is eat
