First Time - Last Time.
I use Rule 1 Pre-aminos when I can't get my prefered brand. I do like Pre-amino and usually by the Juicy Grape flavour which is a great tasting supp. Other brands have larger doses of aminos per serve, but if you have a protein shake after your workout it's works out fine.
This time around, as it was part of a bundle special, I didn't have a choose the flavour (I know right - RISKY).
Well, I'll be steering clear of this flavour, Tropical Punch, in the future. There was NOTHING tropical about it, it was gross, sorry but it was simply gross. I hope they get rid of it.
Like I said earlier, the Rule 1 Grape Flavour, one of the best I've had - but they really missed the mark with the Tropical Punch, in my opinion.
