Awesome for tired dads with young kids
I have been chronically tired and sleep deprived for almost 4 years since my kid was born. My stressful job didn’t help as well. Ever since I started creatine my sleep deprivation and tiredness has significantly improved. I’ve even dropped coffee from my diet as a result.
