1/2 Cup Flour of your choice
1/2 Cup Coconut milk (or milk or your choice)
2 Eggs
1 Tbsp Chia seeds
1 Tbsp Superfood seed mix
1 serving/1 Scoop Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein - Vanilla
STEP 1
Mix flour, protein and a 1/4 cup of coconut milk in a large mixing bowl
STEP 2
Add chia seeds and superfoods mix before adding 2 egg whites
STEP 3
Whisk until a smooth texture forms
STEP 4
Add remainder of coconut milk and whisk
STEP 5
Heat 1 tsp. of coconut oil in a small frying pan
STEP 6
Once warm (but not steaming), pour the mixture to form a pancake
STEP 7
Allow to cook until golden brown and flip
STEP 8
Serve your pancake with toppings of your choice.
