The best time to have Ghost Legend V3 is before a workout. Mix one serve of Legend V3 with 200 – 300 ml of water and have it 15 to 20 minutes before training. Avoid having a pre-workout late in the afternoon or at night, as it may affect sleep due to caffeine. If you want a pre workout late in the afternoon or evening, try a non-stimulant pre-workout or non-stimulant pump formula.

The key change from Ghost Legend V2 to Legend V3 is removing some ingredients and adding other ones, making this pre workout more suitable for international markets. Some essential elements remain, such as citrulline, Nitrosigine, beta-alanine, natural caffeine, and AstraGin. The pump and performance components remain intact. They are very similar formulations, so you still get the energy and endurance to be legendary.

Mix 1 scoop (1 serving) of GHOST LEGEND® with 8-10oz of water or beverage of choice. Vary amount of liquid to taste. Start with less than 1 scoop to assess your tolerance. Consume prior to exercise on training days.

    Tastes very nice and grape flavour is nice. Does have the sort of chalky taste that all pre workouts have but definitely tastes nicer then most I’ve had.
