    Grape flavour

    An acquired taste but still goes down well. Especially during 2 to 3 hr trail runs and race day. 1 heap scoop into 500ml of water in flask then sipping that over the run along with straight water from other flask kept my legs from cramping up. Might try lemon next. I also like the extra ingredients .
