    Delicious and Effective

    I'm up to my 4th tub of this! This not only tastes great (lemon is easily the best flavor) but it actually works at keeping you hydrated. I'm a heavy sweater, and I've always found it hard to keep my fluids up especially on heavy training days, but after using this for several months, I'm finding that I'm actually retaining more fluids now and no longer feeling dehydrated.
