        Hydration Revamp

        I tried Hydration FX for the first time on a run where I'd normally really feel the effects of running in the heat. I don't cope well with running in hot and humid conditions; preferring to do longer runs early before the sun packs a punch. However, things lined up this day for a challenge to test out Hydration FX. Running later in the morning; in the humidity and heat. I was really impressed with how I was able to maintain effort without feeling the impact of the running conditions. I ran a course where i could intake 175mls regularly. I have recommended Hydration FX and shared samples with family runners.
