6 grams Saturated Fat!
Omgawd No. It doesn't matter about taste, texture, value-for-money or anything else when it's a coronary waiting to happen. Personally my recommended daily allowance of saturated fat is 7-14 grams. One bar practically does that on its own. No!

Great tasting, very filling
I loved these food bars. Good size and very filling to stop you being hungry for quite a while.
The only negative is they are very messy to eat with bits falling off in all directions with each bite. I found if eating inside, I would have a bowl handy to catch all the falling bits.
