Directions

Add 40g (approximately 2 heaped scoops) to 250-350ml of cold water, milk or plant-based milk. Shake or blend until mixed. It can also be added to smoothies or used in cooking and baking to create high-protein snacks. Pre-workout: 1 serve (40g) with water 60 minutes before training. Post-workout: 1 serve (40g) with water, milk or a milk alternative within 15 minutes after training. Daily protein snack: 1 serve (40g) with water, milk, a milk alternative or in a smoothie to help increase your daily protein intake.
