    Great quality gel, easy on digestion during exercise

    High quality gel with no heavy feeling if used during exercise. A great range of flavours to decide on your favourites for future purchase. Good value for a variety of flavours. Highly recommend, the climate I live in is very hot and humid, these gels hydrate and energise me well during long distance exercise legs in the heat.
