Mix one scoop of Extreme Hard by Core Nutritionals with 150mls of water and consume 2-3 times per day. For optimal results, take 1 scoop after waking up, 1 scoop at midday and 1 scoop before bed. Alternatively, take all 3 scoops of Extreme Hard by Core Nutritionals before bed. Do not exceed 4 scoops in 24 hours.
