Each chewable tablet of Children Fish-I Care by Herbs of Gold contains:

500mgof concentrated fish Omega 3 triglycerides equiv. to 50mg of Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and 250mg of Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)
50mcg of Potassium iodide equiv. to iodine

Directions: Children 2-8 years – Chew 1 capsule daily. Children 9-13 years – Chew 2 capsules daily. Or take as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
