    Great for early morning weight session

    I usually feel sluggish during morning training and my strength output is about 25% less when faster at 5am compared with later in the morning. This carbs supp gets me to nearly 100% of my peak performance in an otherwise fasted state. Highly recommend for people who train early in the morning on an empty stomach who need a really quick energy hit
