Directions

Adults and children over 12 years - For digestion: Take 1 capsule, twice daily, before meals or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. For soft tissue trauma: Take 1 capsule daily, between meals or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Children under 12 years - Only as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

    As the descriptor on the label describes, aids the digestion of proteins , Supports healthy digestion, , Assists the healing of minor body tissue injuries, Relieves symptoms of soft tissue trauma including pain and mild tissue oedema, Bromelains are derived from pineapple, bromelains are enzymes, in my experience , this product has been very helpful.
