    Sleep easy-ish

    Great taste, was recommended to have it with warm water. Very drinkable. My partner has commented on my having fallen asleep even before she gets to bed, so no more awkward night time conversations. 😍 However, I have found that I still wake at regular intervals throughout the night. I do wake up easily, feeling well rested though.
