Body never felt so strong!
LOVE LOVE LOVE Amino Switch! Since taking it as part of 30 Day Mind and Body Challenge, My body recovers so much quicker after a big workout. Less muscle soreness and the Lemonade flavour is amazingly refreshing to sip on throughout a workout. Definitely my go to supplement!

Re-think recovery
I've always loved a tasty protein shake after a workout. I would blend them with almond milk, go ham and consider it a 'treat' for all my hard work back at the gym. However often these shakes would feel really heavy in my stomach and 'weigh me down'. Especially in the warmer months, shakes were becoming harder and harder to actually enjoy.
So I thank my lucky stars I stumbled across this product whilst participating in Nutrition Warehouse's 60 Day Body Challenge. AminoSwitch is delicious enough to mix with water - no more gluggy, heavy milk. It's so incredibly refreshing, an easy way to get in another 600mL of water a day. It's 99% bioavailable, meaning one scoop is equivalent to 35g of whey protein isolate! Best of all it's vegan friendly, virtually calorie-less and contains no nasties.
AminoSwitch has changed my recovery routine for the better and I'll be back for more!
