    Love the cherry extract

Love the taste of this powder - tasty sour cherry. Mixes okay with water. But I just eat the powder. Might help with sleep and is full of antioxidants.

    Experimenting

Trying to take a natural supplement to address multiple concerns (muscle and joint discomfort, sleep) and this seemed a complementary product to add to my existing regime of magnesium. Still experimenting to see if it has desired results

    Really works!

I have this with chamomile tea and sends me off to sleep with ease. Not groggy or foggy the next day either - highly recommend!

It mixes poorly, the scoop doesn't match the dose, there are no obvious or clear improvments by using it. Not worth it. Use the real thing instead.
