    I will never run out!

    I've tried a lot of supplements over the years, but NAC has been the one that genuinely changed my life. It's the only supplement I've taken where I noticed a real difference almost immediately.

    I take it every day alongside glycine, and together they've become a non-negotiable part of my routine. Since starting them, I've felt calmer, more clear-headed, and my energy has improved. The biggest surprise for me has been losing the desire for alcohol and noticing a huge reduction in other addictive behaviours. I finally feel like my brain isn't constantly working against me.

    I also want to give a shout-out to the gentleman in the store who first introduced me to NAC. He took the time to explain how amino acids work in the body and answered all my questions without trying to upsell me. His knowledge and genuine willingness to help gave me the confidence to try it, and I'm incredibly grateful that he did.

    This is one supplement I will never let myself run out of. As soon as my tub starts getting low, I'm ordering another one. Everyone's experience will be different, but for me, NAC has been worth every cent.

    Best to take in the evening!

    I have been taking Switch Nutrition NAC powder in the evening instead of the morning. I have noticed a better sleep quality, I don't seem to wake up in the middle of the night anymore and have been waking up feeling I am well rested!

    Excellent for my liver

    I started with one small scoop in the morning and now also take one small scoop at night. I have noticed significant reduction in my upper abdomen and much faster recovery from alcohol and other strains on my liver.

    I highly recommend NAC. I do also recommend you have it in a citrus juice or shoot it down with some water - it is a little acidic. IN coffee it is TERRIBLE!
