Actually Works really well
This pre workout by Genetix Nutrition has been working pretty well for me since using it for the past month. When I take it 20mins before a workout it does feel like I have more energy and motivation when training to do more reps in between sets which is good because my performance does increase a lot. Lots of caffeine helps too!! I would recommend this because it will make a substantial difference on your workout.

Pre FX Genetix Nutrition
It’s a cheaper pre trainer with no buzz or tingling, but it does for my partner and a bit of endurance. You kinda feel like you want to just keep going when normally you would stop!
The flavor we got was creaming soda, it’s sweeter taste like GAT Strawberry Kiwi and watermelon. We love the taste, but it’s not for everybody. We rotate between a few pre trainers, this one we’ll keep using.

Pre workout
mixes easily in water and the taste is awesome. Since taking these combined supplements my workouts aare more intense and i have increased the amount of weight i lift.

Really great preworkout
I couldn't get my usual preworkout and was recommended this at the lake haven store, absolutely love it so much that ,its now what ill be using as my regular preworkout
