What are the benefits?

zipPay is a safe, simple, and convenient payment option, powered by zipMoney, that lets you shop in-store and pay later for your purchases – with no credit card and no interest ever. zipPay provides an account that allows you to pay the balance of your purchases at the end of the month, or to take your time with affordable monthly payments that suit your lifestyle and budget.

It’s quick and simple and is specifically designed to help you manage your online spending.

What are the fees?

At the end of every month you can choose to pay off your previous months’ Statement Balance in full and you’ll pay nothing extra. Therefore, for every purchase you make you’ll have 30 to 60 days (depending on the date of purchase) to pay with no additional charges. Alternatively, if you need more time to pay simply make a payment that suits your budget (a minimum repayment of at least $40 per month required, if outstanding balance is less than $40, balance is payable). Only one $5 monthly service fee will be added to your account for any month you have an outstanding balance, regardless of how many purchases you make. No balance, no fees!

There is NO establishment fee to setup your account and NO INTEREST!

What else should I be aware of?

A link to our full Terms and Conditions will be provided to you in your zipPay Schedule upon Account approval – you will need to Accept these as part of the registration process. The Terms and Conditions will also be sent to you electronically via email as part of your Welcome Email. For additional questions and information, please contact Customer Care.

How do I sign up in-store?

1. Sign in or create your zipPay account on your mobile. Create an account here.

2. Go to the counter and ask to pay with zipPay

3. Click the drop down menu on the left hand side and select 'Shop In Store'

4. Your zipPay code will then be generated - give this to the team member serving you for them to complete the sale. Take home your purchase today!

5. Log into your zipPay account and set up repayments: minimum repayment of $40 per month is required.

* Gift Card & E-Gift Vouchers are excluded from all zipPay transactions.

Can I use zipPay online?

Currently zipPay is only available at Nutrition Warehouse retail stores. If you would like to pay in instalments online, then please select Afterpay during checkout. Afterpay is fully integrated with Nutrition Warehouse’s online shop. Shop as usual, then choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. First-time customers complete a quick registration, returning customers simply log in. It’s that easy!

How do I make payments toward my zipPay account?

Statements are issued at the end of each billing month and you can choose to pay off your balance in full or make a partial payment that suits your budget.

If the balance is paid within 30 days of confirming your transaction no fees will be incurred.

If you require more time to pay your balance after the 30 days, a $5 account service fee will be added for the month you have an outstanding balance.

Please note there is a minimum repayment of $40 per month.

There are no establishment fees to set up your account and no interest charges. If you have repaid your balance by your account due date you will never be charged any fees. Once you have repaid your balance down to $0, no fees will ever be charged to your account – it will simply remain open waiting for you to use again for additional purchases.

How will I receive my statement?

All of your recent activity can be viewed when you log into your zipPay Digital Wallet. When your monthly statement is ready, zipPay will notify you by email.

Every month your statement will include:

All new purchases made
Payments applied on your previous statement
Your billing due date
Minimum payment due
Any fees charged during the statement period
