Nutrition Warehouse has teamed up with The Push-Up Challenge to help our community of Legends level up their fitness while raising awareness for mental health. We’ll be supporting participants throughout the event with motivation and exclusive opportunities to showcase their hard work.

Every rep has a purpose. The target of 3,307 push-ups represents the number of lives lost to suicide in Australia in the most recent reporting year. The goal is to raise awareness, foster connection, and encourage life-saving conversations.
