Best sleep supplement ever!
The best supplement to help with sleep that I have ever taken. Very effective and love that it is all natural ingredients. I just competed in body building nearly 3 weeks ago and have been using this to help me sleep better and to recover my body. Has been working wonders.

Anxiety at night, unable to sleep
Unfortunately I had to return this product as I didn’t react well to it (anxiety and heart palpitations). I had high expectations with the positive reviews on this page as well as a referral from a friend. I took 1 scoop at 10.30pm with the expectation that I’d fall asleep, but due to the unfortunate side effects, I was awake until 3am. My heart would beat rapidly while lying down, so I had to remain standing up until the product slowly wore off. Normally I react quite well to supplements, but this was an exception. In future, it’d be good to list the total quantity for each of the ingredients in the back (in mg), as it may have been a single ingredient that I didn’t react well to.
