What Is Purest Creatine?

Purest Creatine (Pürest) is an ultra-refined form of creatine monohydrate made using an advanced synthesis and purification process designed to reduce impurities and unwanted by-products. It is produced to meet European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) purity standards, and the brands we stock independently batch test for heavy metals and contaminants.

Like all creatine monohydrate, Purest Creatine helps the body regenerate ATP, the primary energy source for short bursts of high-intensity exercise such as lifting, sprinting and HIIT. The difference is in how it is made and tested, making it a popular choice for anyone who wants extra confidence in what goes into their daily supplement routine.

Why Choose Purest Creatine?

• Purity focused: refined to reduce impurities, with some formulas free from dicyandiamide and dihydrotriazine
• Independently tested: batch tested for heavy metals and contaminants
• Micronised: fine powder for easy mixing in water, shakes or pre-workouts
• Clean formulas: unflavoured, with no fillers, and options that are vegan, gluten-free and sugar-free

Purest Creatine vs Creapure vs Standard Monohydrate

All three are creatine monohydrate and support the same training benefits. The differences come down to manufacturing and testing:

• Standard creatine monohydrate: effective, affordable and the most widely available option
• Creapure creatine: a patented, German-made form of creatine monohydrate
• Purest Creatine: a refined creatine monohydrate produced to EFSA purity standards and independently batch tested

If value is your priority, standard monohydrate works well. If you want added reassurance around purity and testing, Purest Creatine or Creapure are worth considering.

How to Take Purest Creatine

• Daily dose: 3–5g per day, every day, including rest days
• Loading phase (optional): 20g per day split into smaller doses for 5–7 days, then 3–5g daily
• Mixing: stir into water, a protein shake or your pre-workout

Consistency matters more than timing. Always follow the directions on the product label.
