    Seriously Works

    I usually take my pre workout around 6.30pm and then to fall asleep after I train, I take this around 9:30pm. This gets me very tired and ready to fall asleep within 30 minutes on just a single scoop dose, as long as my stomach is relatively empty. Sometimes it makes my skin itch a little which freaked me out the first time, and sometimes I wake during the night but im generally still tired enough to fall back to sleep. This product is definitely worth it and I will keep buying it over and over.
